DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

cost
The standard cost for a single carton delivery is $16 including GST. All goods are insured inclusive within freight charges.

delivery timeframe
If your order is placed before 11am, deliveries will be made within 48 hours to capital cities such as Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Adelaide, and Melbourne
Overnight and same day deliveries are made within Western Australia, however if your gift is large in size or your order contains multiple cartons, please allow 7 days for delivery to Tasmania, Queensland and Northern Territory.
You will be able to select a preferred delivery date during checkout. Please place your order early to avoid disappointment and to give us time to make sure that your gift arrives on your preferred delivery date.
Please note that all deliveries are made during business hours and we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
We are unable to guarantee preferred delivery dates during the last 2 weeks of December, however we have found delivery times to be fairly consistent at all times of the year. international
International deliveries are arranged individually as the cost of delivery is variable. This is due to the complexity of customs regulations and freight charge variations that apply. If you email your enquiry to us at info@secretingredients.com.au or phone us on 1800 33 19 63 we will be happy to calculate the cost and timeframe of delivery.

freight providers
We use a variety of freight options to deliver your goods. Predominantly, we use Australian Air Express who offer a reliable door to door service to all destinations at competitive rates as well as Leeuwin Transport for deliveries between the South West and Perth. Parcels to PO Boxes can only be sent via Australia Post and the subsequent delivery times may be longer than stated above.

acceptance of goods
Our courier requires someone to sign for the goods. Where no one is available to accept the goods a card will be left at the delivery address requesting that you either collect the goods from the courier personally or make arrangements for redelivery.
During checkout you can select to have the goods left unattended at the delivery address if no one is available to sign. Please note that if you choose this option Secret Ingredients will not be liable if the goods are stolen or damaged. Our responsibility for ensuring delivery ends when we are notified by the courier that the goods were delivered undamaged.
Providing a corporate address for delivery is always 100% reliable. If you are organising the gift to be delivered to a residential address, please provide the recipient's telephone number and an indication as to whether the parcel will be safe to leave if the recipient is not at home.

availability
Most products are available for immediate delivery, however if we anticipate any problems with fulfilling your order we will contact you as soon as we possibly can to make alternative arrangements.
